Uni 30-03-2020: About strengthening direct personal support to the PIT

Official letter No 1306/TTCT-DNNCN dated 27, march 2020 by general department of taxation about strengthening direct personal support to the PIT 2019 as follows:

With the tax records of individuals who directly finalize the 2019 personal income tax with the payables tax amounts, in order to ensure the deadline according to the regulations, individuals shall prepare  and send file via the portal. Electronic tax information of the General Department of Taxation (supported 24/7). The date on which the successful submission is recorded is the date on which the web portal of General Department of Taxation accepts the tax statement. When receiving tax documents sent by mail of taxpayers, tax authorities shall compare them with electronic tax returns to handle according to current regulations. For the tax returns of individuals who directly finalize PIT in 2019 with incurred tax amounts, individuals may submit PIT finalization dossiers in 2019 after March 30, 2020.
